FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING CLASS CANCELLATIONS TERMS & WAITLISTS
Class Cancellation and Refund Policy
Timetable Classes
If you are no longer able to attend a class please cancel your space to ensure your teacher knows not to expect you
If you cancel your class 3 hours or more before the class is due to start the class will automatically be returned to your account (this is an ‘early cancel’)
If a class is cancelled less than 3 hours before the class is due to start you will be charged (this is a ‘late cancel’)
Whilst on a class pass or Membership with a fixed number of classes (1, 5, 10) if you ‘late cancel’ or do not attend a class, you will loose the associated pass.
Whilst on an unlimited Membership, if you ‘late cancel’ or do not attend a class, you will be automatically charged a £7.50 late cancellation fee if your booking has prevented someone else from practicing.
All classes must be cancelled through the Mind Body Software within cancellation period in order to avoid a charge – please do not cancel over the phone or over email
In the unlikely event that Yoga Kula cancels a class, any class passes associated will be re-credited to your Mindbody Account
Events & Other Booking Types
Pop Ups, Immersions, Urban Retreats & Workshops can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance and the pass will be returned to your Mindbody account to book another event. Please note the expiration date and rebook before your pass expires. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event is due to start will be charged (this is a ‘late cancel’) *If we do not have another event scheduled that you can rebook onto, you may request for this pass to be returned to your Mindbody account as credit to put towards your next purchase
Therapies have a 24 hour cancellation window and must be rebooked before the pass expiration date
Private events, 121’s and small group sessions once booked are non-refundable
Retreats, Courses and Trainings once booked are non-refundable (please note any specific policies on the event information)
In the unlikely event that Yoga Kula cancels an event, any passes associated will be re-credited to your Mindbody Account
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may have the option to add yourself to the waitlist
If a space becomes available 3+ hours before the class is due to start the system will automatically move you from the waitlist onto the class and send you an email and text confirming you have received a space - please ensure you are opted in to receive emails and/or text alerts
If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are then subject to the class cancellation terms and must cancel your space 3+ hours before the class is due to start to avoid loosing the associated pass or being charged a late cancellation fee if you are on a Membership
Teacher Class Cover
On occasion to keep the classes running to schedule we may have to organise a cover teacher to take the class. Please note this cover teacher might not be from our list of regular teachers but all cover teachers are qualified and certified yoga teachers. Please check who is teaching your class before you attend the studio
Covid-19Studio Class passes purchased outside of a Covid-19 lockdown will not be extended or refunded. We are providing a high value alternative ONLINE option which is available for use regardless of lockdown circumstances so please support us by using it
In a lockdown situation all classes, courses, pop-ups and immersions are offered online
